Misty Medina
Misty began practicing yoga in 2006 to improve her overall health and help her balance and strengthen her marathon training. She found Tadasana Yoga Studio in the Fall of 2011 and fell in love with the Baptiste style and inviting atmosphere. The empowering practice and strong sense of community at Tadasana inspired Misty to share the power of vinyasa yoga by teaching, which led her to complete Level One training with Baron Baptiste in August 2012. Yoga has taught Misty to live life to the fullest by enabling her to focus on the now and be her true self. She is excited to broaden and share her passion for the practice with her students. Outside of the studio Misty enjoys marathon running, cycling, hiking and cooking.

Mitch Probert
Athletics and fitness has been a huge part of Mitch’s life since an early age. A long time competitive swimmer and triathlete growing up, Mitch carried this passion for these sports into his first coaching position at the age of 16. Mitch worked with multiple teams and swimmers of all levels, including Junior Olympic qualifiers. During college Mitch started competitive rowing and continued to develop his coaching experience and knowledge. During which he taught swimming, rowing via indoor ergometers and worked as a personal trainer at 24 Fitness. In 2011 Mitch ventured into world of CrossFit and his passion for it has only grown since then. The multi-disciplined approach of Crossfit and being prepared for everything is something that Mitch truly loves. This approach is something that has driven Mitch to not only work on becoming a great trainer, but also provided the hope of become a CrossFit competitor. Outside of Crossfit Mitch is an avid distance runner, obstacle course racer, has captained more than 20 Ragnar teams, and tries to run his age in miles each birthday.
