30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups

WOD: 20min Cap
Clean/Pull/Run
10-1 then 1-10

10 cleans
10 pull-ups
10 run distance
9, 9, 9 etc down to 1. Then count back up.
