Pre-WOD (Skills/Strength):

3 Wall Walks
6 Push-ups
9 MB Cleans

10min AMRAP
Cleans (135/95)
Deadlift hold with bar

Partner A does 5x Cleans while partner B holds bar in deadlift fully extended position. Score is total Clean (w/ squat) completed in 10mins. Clean reps only count when partner is in locked out deadlift hold position.

Post-WOD (Challenge/Cool-down):
400m easy jog
