Yoga

This yoga is vigorous and fitness-based that focuses on strength and flexibility.  Movements are synchronized with the breath.  The practice starts with integrating the breath and body then flows into a series of Sun Salutations.  After the body is warmed up a series of poses based on vitality, balancing and grounding are taken.  Followed by core work, backbends and deep stretching.  This practice is influenced by the teachings and sequencing of Baron Baptiste.
